## Ingredients

* 2 cups all-purpose flour

* 2 spring onions, finely chopped
* 3 cloves garlic, minced

## Instructions
### 1. Prepare the Dough
1. Mix the flour and salt in a bowl.
2. Gradually add warm water while kneading.
3. Knead for about 8–10 minutes until smooth.
4. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
### 2. Make the Filling
1. Combine the minced chicken, onion, spring onion, garlic, ginger, and coriander.
2. Add soy sauce, oil, salt, and black pepper.
3. Mix well until evenly combined.
### 3. Shape the Momos
1. Divide the dough into small balls.
2. Roll each ball into a thin circle (about 3–4 inches in diameter).
3. Place 1 tablespoon of filling in the center.
4. Fold and pleat the edges to seal the momo completely.
### 4. Steam
1. Lightly grease the steamer tray with oil.
2. Arrange the momos without touching each other.
3. Steam over boiling water for 12–15 minutes, or until the dough becomes slightly translucent and the chicken is fully cooked.

1. Boil the tomatoes, chilies, and garlic for 5–7 minutes.
